Spring and fall, what real homeowners said after the photo landed.
“Great service. We use this for all our rental properties because it\'s affordable and hassle free.”
“Smooth experience. First use went great. Was able to get everything scheduled quickly and easily.”
“Self explanatory app. Great for times when on vacation or just too damn busy to get to the yard work.”
Plowz & Mowz yard cleanup starts at $95 for a small residential lot under one quarter acre. Standard quarter-to-half-acre lots start at $145. Half to one acre starts at $225. Heavy storm debris, bed edging, and mulch installation are visible add-ons. Hauling and dumping are included. The price you see is the price you pay.
Spring cleanup clears winter wreckage (leaves left from fall, sticks from storms, salt residue) and preps beds for the growing season. Fall cleanup clears the heavy leaf drop after the trees finish dropping in October-November. Many homeowners book both. Some skip spring if fall was thorough and the winter mild. Once the spring cleanup is done, weekly lawn mowing near you typically starts the next route in your area.
No. The vast majority of our cleanup customers are not home when the crew arrives. The pro completes the job, hauls the debris, and sends a photo of the finished yard to your phone. If we need access to a back gate, you can leave a code in the booking.
Leaf removal across the full lot (front, back, sides), stick and small-branch removal, blow-off of hard surfaces (driveway, walks, patio), and hauling and dumping of all debris. Bed prep (raking out old leaves, defining edges) is included. Mulch installation is an add-on. Tree removal is not a yard cleanup service. Fall cleanups pair naturally with gutter cleaning on the same visit so the leaf load comes off the lot and out of the troughs in one route.
During peak season (April-May spring, October-November fall) most metros book 3 to 7 days out. Off-peak months (June-September, December-March) often book within 24 to 48 hours. The booking flow shows you the earliest available date for your ZIP before you confirm.
Yes. Hauling and dumping at a licensed yard-waste facility is included in the base price for standard debris loads. Heavy loads (over a typical truck-bed full) trigger the "heavy debris" add-on. We do not leave bagged debris at the curb unless the city explicitly accepts it.
Yes. Every cleanup pro is qualified before taking routes. Proof of liability insurance, equipment review, identity verified. The average Plowz & Mowz partner has been on the platform for 8 years and has run hundreds of cleanups. Pros that get poor ratings stop receiving routes. You can see your crew's rating in the app before the visit.
Yes. Mulch is the most-requested add-on. Pricing is per yard installed, starting at $55. The crew rakes the bed prep first, then installs the mulch on the same visit. You see the combined price in the booking flow before you confirm. If your beds need more than four yards, the standalone mulch service page covers the color, depth, and per-yard pricing detail.
If it is actively raining at the scheduled start, your crew will reschedule to the next dry day, typically within 48 hours. Wet leaves are heavier and rake poorly, so the crew gets a better outcome by waiting. We do not charge a rescheduling fee for weather.
We cover yard cleanup in 40+ U.S. Metros, including Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis, Detroit, Cleveland, Charlotte, Buffalo, Syracuse, Manhattan, the DC/MD/VA region, and the suburbs around them. Enter your ZIP and the booking flow tells you immediately if you are inside coverage.
Drop your ZIP, see your $95 to $225 price, pick the day. The crew shows up with the truck, hauls everything, texts up to 10 photos before lunch. If anything is off, a Plowz teammate makes it right.
