Terms & Conditions for Plowz Winter Packages – The Snow Plowing Contract Replacement

Plowz & Mowz, Inc (Caribou Apps LLC) is happy to offer pre-paid, snow plowing packages that include discounts on each service. These packages are not contracts. You will receive credits in your Plowz & Mowz account equal to the amount of purchase. Those credits can be used on any Plowz & Mowz service within 24 months from date of purchase. Discounts will be automatically applied to services during the specified timeframe. Below are additional terms and conditions pertaining to Plowz Winter Packages:

1. 1. Plowz Winter Package credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
2. 2. Plowz Winter Package credits are valid for usage within any service area that Plowz and Mowz covers. Please refer to the Plowz & Mowz service areas by visiting our website or app. Enter your address to check coverage:https://order.plowzandmowz.com/snow-plowing
3. 3. Plowz Winter Package credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No change will be given but any unused balance will remain in your Plowz & Mowz account may be applied to future use.
4. 4. Any unused balance shall be automatically forfeited upon the expiration date.

6. 6. A credit replacement will not be given if the account is lost or stolen.
7. 7. Use of these Plowz Winter Package credits constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions
8. 8. In case of any dispute, the decision of Plowz & Mowz is final.
9. 9. Plowz Winter Package credits cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing discounts or promotional offers.
10. 10. Plowz Winter Package credits have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. 11. For services where credits are used during purchase, any refunds of that service will be returned as credits.
12. 12. Plowz Winter Packages include credits, not number of services. Quotes and Service prices may vary depending on multiple factors. Prices are subject to change based on snow fall amounts and other factors which may result in additional and or less snowplows than the package suggests.
13. 13. Available credits will be used first during purchase. The customer is responsible for any remaining payment owed once all available credits have been used.
