It’s been a relatively quiet winter this year for one of the snowiest parts of the country. Minneapolis hasn’t seen much snow this winter but that will change as Winter Storm Thor is set to roll through the area this week. A Blizzard Warning is in effect for the Mankato area to the southwest of the Minneapolis – St. Paul area. Minneapolis and St. Paul themselves are under a Winter Storm Warning. Minneapolis, Brooklyn Park, and Arden Hills are all set to get 3-5″ each. Burnsville is a little luckier with only 2-4″.
