Located in Western St. Louis, Forest Park is an amazing public park covering over 1,300 acres. Known for attracting over 13 million visitors each year, this makes Forest Park the 6th most visited Urban park in the United States. This is a popular spot for locals and those coming from out of town. Forest Park is well kept and offers a museum, zoo, golf course, hiking paths, and beautiful landscapes. Something for everyone!
Creve Coeur Lake Memorial Park is the largest park in the St. Louis County Parks system. This park is equipped with spots for picnics, tennis courts, athletic fields, and even an archery course. You can rent boats or bikes for the day on Creve Coeur Lake, one of the largest natural lakes in Missouri. Bring your clubs and head out to Crystal Springs Quarry Golf Course for a day on the fairway.
Kirkwood Park
Established in 1941, Kirkwood Park has grown to 92 acres and includes the Kirkwood Community Center. Activities include a playground, picnic areas, sports fields, handball courts, horseshoe pits, a community garden, and Ice Area, Aquatic Center, and Racquet Center. Lion’s Amphitheater and Walker Lake are also located in the park for endless adventures.
Tiles Park
Tiles Park is a very clean outdoor space for all kinds of activities like playgrounds, roller hockey rink, soccer fields, and baseball fields. There are also courts for basketball, volleyball, racquetball, and tennis courts. Relax under the picnic pavilion or get your steps in on the walking path.
Des Peres City Park
Des Peres City Park offers sports fields like baseball, softball, and soccer along with trails for biking and jogging trails. As well as green space for a picnic surrounded by scenic views and beautiful surroundings. There is also an amazing lake that will meet all your fishing needs! And tennis, pickleball courts, and playgrounds just for the kids. Des Peres City Park has it all!
