Do I need to be home for a lawn mowing service?
No. The vast majority of our customers are not home when the cut happens. The pro arrives on the day you booked, completes the cut, and sends a photo to your phone when the job is done. If we need access to a back gate, you can leave a code in the booking notes.
What does a lawn mowing service include?
Every Plowz & Mowz mow includes deck-height adjusted to your grass type, mowing the full mowable area, blow-off of hard surfaces (driveway, walks, patio), and a photo of the finished yard. Trim and edge along beds and fence lines is an add-on. Bag and haul is an add-on. Clippings are mulched in by default.

What is your weather policy for lawn mowing?
If it is actively raining at the scheduled time, your pro will reschedule to the next dry day, typically within 48 hours. We do not charge a rescheduling fee for weather. If you cannot make the new date work for you, you can cancel that visit at no charge.
Can I cancel or pause a lawn mowing schedule?
Yes. Pay per job means there is no contract to cancel. You can pause a recurring route inside the app any time, push out the next visit, or stop the schedule entirely. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Do you offer same-day or next-day lawn mowing?
Sometimes. You pick the day in the booking flow, which shows the earliest a pro near you can take the job. Next-morning availability is common in most metros. Same-day happens during quieter weeks.
