New Payment Schedule:
We will transition to a weekly payment schedule. Payments will be processed every Monday, with this change becoming effective this Thursday. Despite this shift, we remain one of the fastest payment processors in our industry.
Reasons for This Change:
- Rising Costs: Over the past two years, the fees associated with sending payments have more than doubled. We have absorbed these costs without passing them on to our partners.
- Operational Efficiency: Managing daily payments has created significant overhead. Moving to a weekly schedule will streamline our operations. This will also allow us to shift more of a focus on improving our customer service.
- Improved Accuracy: With more time to process payments, we can reduce errors and better handle unique payment situations such as additional payments and trip charges.
The New Schedule starting Thursday:
Payment will be made every Monday to hit your account Tuesday. That will include payments from Sunday to Saturday. We will send a payment schedule via email as well.
