We do our best to ensure that your job is completed on the scheduled date. We send a reminder to all of our providers on the day your job is scheduled, and they have until sundown on that day to service your property. However, inclimate weather and unexpected equipment issues may affect the schedules of our local landscapers, which could result in a delay. Should your job be delayed, we will notify you via email and in the app, so you will be kept up-to-date every step of the way.
